staff was helpful with my luggage. location was advantageous because its near transport. i got free parking in front of the hotel. the hotel has good decor, i liked it.
pillows was terrible, i did have a terrible neck.

Mixed experience at the hotel
mouldy shower cubiclesmashed glass door
I found the condition disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned. I requested tissue paper, it was not provided automatically. there was mould in the shower cubicle. The smashed glass door on the first floor was also a worry.
