The staff members were very friendly and cute. The parking area had plenty of space. I enjoyed visiting the nearby aqueduct and horseshoe falls.
The spa needed some care. Soap dispensers were empty.

friendly staff ample parking local attractions
the staff was friendly and cute. i found plenty of parking available. i enjoyed visiting the aqueduct and horseshoe falls .
the wifi signal was a bit weak in certain areas of the room.

river view big room helpful staff malfunctioning card faulty light loose tiles
The location was great by the river, it gave a gorgeous view. the room was very big and it felt clean. i also appreciated the helpful staff. They were very attentive to our needs.
i had to ring someone to let me in my room at nearly 9:15 pm. also, the bathroom light wasnt working. finally, some tiles in the bathroom were loose, which detracted from the experience.

Clean Room and River View
comfortable bed superb towels convenient location friendly staff
The comfortable bed allowed me to sleep well. Superb towels were available in the bathroom. Tea and coffee were available with a kettle. The location is near Aldi and Home and Bargain, convenient. The staff seemed friendly and accommodating.
Being on a main road, the front of the building can be loud. I could hear the guests talking in the adjacent room. There is no bar or restaurant available. Breakfast was an additional charge, and only a continental option was offered.
