small attic proper window
the location was nicely situated with a great host.
I was placed in a small attic room without a proper window, just a skylight i couldn't reach. This was disappointing considering others got better rooms for the same price.

coffee availability convenient location thin wall broken shelf
the location was quite convenient to the coast. there was plenty of coffee available in my room, i thought that was thoughtful.

delayed response poor ventilation
Check-in proved problematic. I rang the bell at the designated time but received no response for an extended duration.. A voice eventually communicated via intercom stating assistance would arrive in a few minutes. the actual wait exceeded five minutes and I was required to stand outside. The individual who eventually was neglected to introduce himself. The room had no fan, so ventilation was poor.
