Farm Stay Delight

modern hotel breakfast hall glass window
I found the farmhouse lovely. The home felt modern, almost like a hotel. Driving to the main lodge was necessary for check-in and food, but the short drive was lovely. The breakfast hall presented huge glass windows with a gorgeous view. A fireplace allowed one to savor a drink or coffee.
A couple in the opposite room caused disturbances. They argued and shouted past midnight. Outdoor furniture would have been nice.
Facilities

The field to the rear is large for various activities. The breakfast location is different and takes time to adjust to. A parking space outside the door is available for each guest.

check in was a problem. i couldn't get into my room when i arrived, and i had to call another place to get the key. this wasn't said anywhere before i got there. also, i had no hot water, and it took a long time to work out the heating. the bathroom was very cold because there was no heating in there at all.
