good stay
comfortable bed quality duvet friendly owner central location
the beds were comfortable with top-quality duvets and pillows the breakfast tasted fresh and offered variety the owners were informative and friendly i found parking easily at the co-op a short walk away for a reasonable weekend rate. the location made exploring local pubs easy. the rooms also had excellent tea and coffee supplies which were topped up regularly. the location was very central and convenient to access many local places i wanted to visit and explore i was also able to easily walk to a number of great places with lots to see. it. the hosts were very kind with a cute atmosphere they also ensured we felt cared for. i slept well and enjoyed the good coffee in the room.
during my stay some fruit tea bags were not replenished daily.

central location dining options staff recommendations wonderful breakfast
the location is in the town center offering immediate access to numerous dining options. i found the room to be lovely. the staff provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. the breakfast was wonderful providing an excellent start to the day.
the fruit tea bags in the room were not replenished daily.

mixed feelings about the stay
instant coffee coffee issue
the breakfast was freshly cooked, a positive start to the day.
I was disappointed with the coffee situation. It was instant coffee in cafetières initially. they could not provide real coffee until our third day. even after requesting it to be strong, it wasn't until we supplied a bag of coffee that we finally got a good, strong cup. this really impacted my mornings.

The room was smart and comfortable. Unexpectedly, the room received servicing daily. The staff provided fresh towels and tidied up. Breakfast each morning was very good! I found several tasty options available.

the breakfast included many options and adaptations were possible. the staff were accommodating and polite. the location is fine and allows for a cosy getaway.
the carpet had drip stains and was worn. the bedroom mugs had tea stains and were not super clean. the fruit-tea bags were not replenished daily and this was a slight inconvenience.
