wonderful experience in a central location
helpful staff clean room excellent mattress
the friendly staff at the front desk were helpful i needed some information about local attractions and they provided maps and recommendations. the warm room was a welcome relief after a long day of travel it was clean and well-kept. i especially appreciated the excellent mattress i slept soundly each night.
the staircase was a bit narrow so carrying large bags was slightly difficult.

the hotel boasts harry's bar offering a variety of food and drinks it is conveniently located on the ground floor. the breakfast had good variety available it was served in a nice dining area with attentive service.

The staff were helpful and polite. i enjoyed the cooked breakfast each morning. the location was great. The train station was a few minutes away. i found an italian restaurant across the street to be lovely.
The bar was closed one evening. I could not get water.

Excellent stay at a Great Value
friendly staff big breakfast good location
The staff was very friendly, and they were helpful! I appreciated the big breakfast that i had each morning. The hotel location was also very good. It was excellent for my planned visits. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice.
The hotel did not have a lift, so carrying my bags up the stairs was DIFFICULT.

The room i had was clean with a big, nice bathroom. The beds were made daily, and fresh towels were provided each day, very useful. The room temperature was always comfortable.

The staff were always available at reception and helpful! They provided quick responses to all my questions. The breakfast service was efficient, and the staff kept the dining area very clean during busy times.

The hotel's location was very convenient. It had good access to local attractions and restaurants! Public transportation was easily accessible nearby, which i thought was useful. The immediate area felt safe and cute.
