The room had perfect heat and water. The building was lovely and interesting. The parking situation was great. I found the communication with clear instructions nice..

Absolutely wonderful stay!

I found the team to be really kind and flexible. They welcomed everyone warmly! Josh and all the staff. The location is great for those exploring the south coast! We explored on bikes!
I thought the TV needed to be connected to the Wi-Fi in order to work.

Continental breakfast was ideal with a "help yourselves" setup and plentiful choices. It was well organized and suited our needs perfectly each morning! The breakfast area was clean and well kept.

The check-in and the service during meals were stellar. The lady who assisted us was a star! She worked hard. I appreciated the attentive service.

quiet and comfortable stay

clean room comfortable bed pleasant lounge
the room was clean the bed was comfortable and the facilities were good. the shower worked well providing a good water flow. the atmosphere was relaxed i found the lounge area very pleasant and the wifi signal was strong as advertised.
the hotel is advertised with a lively bar and bistro but it was shut.

the location offered convenient access to many nearby attractions. the hotel's proximity to both pembroke and freshwater east made travel simple. the hotel was on a main road through the village yet it remained peaceful and quiet.

the continental breakfast was ideal allowing guests to help themselves. it was a nice arrangement for a quick morning meal. there was a good selection of teas and the tea tray in the room was well stocked.

the room smelled fresh upon entry which was very cute. the tv offered live sky channels providing entertainment options. the mini bar and coffee were accessible via an honesty box which was a nice touch.

room wasn’t small lovely staff great food missing coffee machine non-functional tv smelly bathroom
the room was a nice size and clean. the staff were also lovely, i found them to be really helpful. the food was great too.
the room description mentioned a coffee machine, it was missing. the tv did not work at all. the bathroom was smelly, it had steps too.
