convenient location friendly staff good shower
I found the location convenient. The staff seemed friendly. The pub downstairs seemed nice. The room was nicely decorated and clean. I got a very good shower.
One of the pillow cases smelt of aftershave. THE duvet cover had a horrible smell.

poor ventilation musty smell
The location was convenient.
I found the room needed better ventilation because the window did not open.. I also noticed a faint musty smell. The bed was not comfortable.

nice visit
helpful staff superb room
The staff were helpful on arrival and i found the room superb. The grounds were suitable for walking. we dined in the restaurant and the food and service were excellent. the breakfast offered many options and the waiter was friendly and helpful.
the room would benefit from better ventilation. the window could not be opened.

the double room private bathroom included adequate space and basic amenities. the provided toiletries were of good quality. i found the room was generally quiet and conducive to a restful night.

aftershave scent messy front
the staff seemed helpful on arrival, and the grounds did offer nice walking trails.
i found one of the pillow cases had a noticeable aftershave scent and the duvet cover also smelled unpleasant. (not what i expected) i saw no instructions for fire safety anywhere in the room. the front of the building looked a bit messy and really needed some attention.
