The staff were friendly and helpful! Check in was easy. The evening meal tasted good. I found ample parking.
The heating was constantly on. The radiators were not big enough to heat the whole room. There was a very cold draft from the windows. The rooms need a bit more attention.

the room was lovely, and the bed was comfy.
I found the service slow . it seemed the staff didn't proactively check if i needed anything, like drink refills, (a minor inconvenience, to be fair). also, i thought breakfast wasn't worth the price of £15.

I had a lovely room with the stairs coming down to the bathroom. It felt very unique. the room was nice and clean. It was very warm. tea and coffee were available, and the breakfast was amazing!!! not just a buffet but a proper breakfast.

the food had a lovely variety across multiple menus , which i found good. the staff were efficient and friendly. i appreciated the qr codes for calorie information.
my room was a bit dusty , especially the mirrors and lights. i also felt the breakfast was not worth the price i paid. service in the restaurant was slow .
