satisfactory stay
friendly staff comfortable beds window mold cracked tile
the location was opposite the train station, this was perfect as i arrived by train. staff are really friendly and helpful. the room was basic and exactly what i expected for the price. the beds are surprisingly comfortable.
the room looked okay on the surface, but i quickly spotted some problem areas. i saw mold around window frame and on wall. the window was dirty and let in a lot of noise, also the bathroom floor tile had a large crack.

i found the adjacent car park convenient. check-in was swift. the room size was generous, and the bathroom felt spacious. the bar impressed me with its extensive selection of local and international beers, operating around the clock.

convenient location tea provision thoughtful presentation friendly staff
the location proved quite convenient near the station and buses offering easy access the room itself had a pleasant quality tea and coffee provisions were a nice touch the presentation showed evident care i particularly appreciated the soap provided . the staff seemed friendly. overall it was a positive stay. the convenient location facilitated easy travel and exploration.
the pillows lacked sufficient support i found them to be quite flat and unexciting additionally the flat sheet on the bed felt loose it wasn't tucked in properly this small detail affected the overall comfort.

dirty hairdryer unplugged aerial
The general condition was unsatisfactory! I found a pretty dirty hairdryer on the small table. The television aerial was not plugged in. I had to do it myself.
