fantastic stay!

friendly staff efficient staff perfect location tasty breakfast
the staff were friendly and efficient they even waited for our late check in and stored our luggage after check out i found that so helpful it really made exploring the area easier for me and my family the location is perfect really close to the castle so i could walk everywhere easily. i loved that this accommodation was so close to the castle. the breakfast in the morning was very tasty it was great that i had a full english!
i had a very slight issue where the shower temperature fluctuated a little, but it wasn't a major problem at all it was quickly resolved and i enjoyed my stay.

the hotel offers convenient luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out i thought that was a super nice service. the location is wonderfully central making it easy to visit attractions and public transport points from here.

food was really great when available and the pub served evening meals i definitely enjoyed that. the breakfast included a full english option with high quality ingredients everything was really fresh i thought.

my room included lots of cupboard space and i enjoyed the available tea, coffee, and milk supplies the room even had a very nice view across the estuary it was very nice. the bathroom was newly refurbished with fresh towels.

the staff were friendly and cute and they helped me a lot with directions i asked. their assistance with my luggage both before and after my stay was very appreciated everything was great with the staff.

super clean room friendly staff great food
i stayed for the pirate festival weekend. the staff were friendly. the room was super clean with everything needed for a short stay. i enjoyed the food.
the stairs made it slightly difficult, especially with luggage (but that's just a minor thing).

The room had comfy beds. The location offered an amazing view. It was very close to the castle and harbour..
Access WAS a problem. The room was on the top floor. This created some disability issues. Parking was difficult as well. I found it hard to walk from the off site parking. The room was up two flights of stairs.

great location sea view nice shower warm floor noisy room difficult parking
the location is great for exploring. my room, the double room sea view, provided nice sea views. the shower was really nice too..
the top floor was warm even though it was only may. the roadside room was noisy. i found off site parking a bit difficult.
