lovely stay near bala lake railway
smooth check-inmodern furnishingcomfy bedrested sleep
check-in was so smooth, and the family running things is just good. the view from my window showed lovely sheep and nature. my room felt modern with a usb charger right on the wall next to the plugs. i found the bed quite comfy and woke up very rested.
The water in the shower seemed only hot. It was a little difficult to get completely comfortable. a quick shower worked fine for me, though.

parking is available directly outside the hotel, a great benefit . wifi access is also provided. tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room, so i could enjoy a hot drink whenever i wanted.

a real gem of a stay
awesome breakfasttrain stationeasy accesshot water
the breakfast was indeed fantastic!!! it really did keep me going all day. the train station is right outside, so access to bala lake was easy. i took a walk for 7 miles as well.
there was only hot water in the shower, it was a bit tricky to be comfortable. i hope they fix this.

the location is quiet, and it is located 10 minutes away from bala lake. it's a perfect spot for exploring the lake and enjoying some peace and quiet.

The hosts are friendly and cute. I could tell right away. they are also very helpful. they really go above and beyond to make sure guests are happy.

hot wateraverage breakfast
The shower only had hot water. It was difficult to get comfortable. Breakfast was average. I expected higher quality, perhaps with locally sourced ingredients.
