excellent spa amenities
early check-in separate shower prepared breakfast ample space
Check-in occurred slightly earlier than stated, which i appreciated. My room featured both a large bath and a separate shower. This was a SUITE surprise. Breakfast included many options and tasted freshly prepared. I found parking on the hotel grounds simple because there was plenty of space.
The gym was a LITTLE small. It only had three treadmills.

The spa provides half-price access to hotel guests. This is AMAZING. The pool area includes twenty loungers and shaded sections. The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I used them.

quality ingredient spa facility superb finish
the rooms had a superb finish and felt a decent size. i used the spa facilities it was very well tended. the restaurant used high quality ingredients and the menu had interesting options.
my room lacked water or biscuits it was not great.

i grabbed a room! the room was really clean and modern. the helpful staff were attentive. i found the whole vibe of the place really relaxed and peaceful! i loved how clean everything was!
honestly, the parking lot could use a little more lighting at night.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely! we had an evening meal, and the food was very nice. It was well-cooked and enjoyable. the waitresses were excellent. The bar staff were great, and the drinks were affordable.
i originally booked two nights for my sister, and upon arrival, i was told there was a problem. she would have to book out and change rooms after one night. the person on reception had no customer service skills at all!!!

the superior room had a lovely big bath and a separate shower. breakfast was very good and worth the money. i found the staff very polite and friendly, THE service was excellent.
the television reception was poor, i struggled to tune in channels.

hot room substandard bed
the room was far from perfect it was room 8 and it was hot even with the heating turned off this made sleeping very uncomfortable i also felt the bed and pillows were not what i expected for a hotel like this i didn't sleep well at all which was a real disappointment after a relaxing massage no water or biscuits were in the room either

mixed feelings about this stay
extra pool charge loud dance music
the breakfast was fine.
The pool had an extra charge that i wasn't expecting (it was £12.50). i found no taste or character in the hotel. dance music was loud at 6:30 in the morning. I don't understand why.
