Joel was very helpful with questions prior to arrival. the location was near the town and rail station. It suited my needs perfectly. breakfast was amazing with excellent vegetarian options on offer. i received a warm greeting and prompt service at breakfast each morning.

i loved the comfy beds and the breakfasts featured locally sourced items it was so great. my partner had specific needs and they accommodated them perfectly i really appreciated it. we even got bbq sauce to take home that was such a lovely touch i was so excited. i'm already planning our next visit i was so impressed.
the shower was a little snug but it was clean so i didn't mind too much it wasn't a big deal.

the standard double room featured all i needed and was spotlessly clean including the bathroom. tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room that's so useful. the room felt warm and spacious making the whole stay even better.

breakfast was a highlight it was so tasty and there was lots of tea it was yorkshire my favorite. i also loved that there were vegetarian options it's so considerate. the items sourced locally were amazing and so fresh.

the room felt old. the bathroom was particularly small, i had no space to get dressed after my shower. the shower also did not provide great water pressure (i expected better).
