The staff was AMAZING!!! They were friendly and helpful. I found the evening meal excellent. It had a good choice of options. The drinks were spot on. I had no complaints. I found it easy to approach and talk to the staff.
The stairs leading up to the bedrooms gave a slightly wrong impression. The stairwell was used for storage. It wasn't a major issue, but it was still noticeable.
