wow, what a find!

spacious room comfy bed central location cute staff
the room was so spacious! the bed was super comfy, i mean really comfy! i found the location so central, excellent for exploring. the staff were amazing, so cute and helpful, i love them!
there was a tiny crack in the bathroom mirror, but honestly, who cares?

beautiful staircase convenient location
i really liked how accommodating the staff were! they allowed me to work in the lounge, and they secured my valuables when i left after checking out, i also found the staircase to be breathtakingly beautiful! the hotel's location in the heart of town was very convenient.

I appreciated the recent refurbishment of the rooms. The hotel has parking space, a significant advantage in the town center. I found the older building lovely.. its staircase is indeed amazing.
I missed having staff readily available. I had to wait a bit during check-in, inconvenient.

The hotel is right on Offa's Dyke Path. This location is excellent for walkers. The staff were friendly and cute . They allowed me to work in the lounge after checking out.
There was no food available in the hotel.
