broken door closerbroken shower shelving
The location was good, but i was a bit disappointed with a few things. the door closer in my room was broken, and it did not allow the door to open fully. My son bumped his head on it pretty hard. also, while i was taking a shower, the shower shelving broke, and the gel fell on my foot it was quite a shock.

the staff were friendly and helpful i felt welcome. they arranged to leave the key for me. they were flexible when i checked out it helped a lot.
the television was aged and not working i saw this. there was mold on net curtains. there were normal household mugs in the room one had a chip.
