I found the location to be really good. It was convenient to visit the castle and quay. Restaurants were nearby. The complimentary breakfast bag provided a nice, unexpected touch.
The hotel hallways had a musty smell. I found that quite unpleasant.

I booked for one night but extended my stay to two, I was so glad I did! The views from my double window room were amazing. Sarah kindly upgraded me to a room WITH fantastic views. The hotel's location near shops, pubs, and restaurants is super convenient.
The windows only opened a sliver, I found THAT slightly inconvenient!

The room offered a spacious layout with a VERY comfortable bed. Everything was clean. A complimentary continental breakfast was provided each morning, I DID enjoy it while admiring the beautiful view.

The staff proved friendly and very helpful. They accommodated my requests. The team seemed well-managed and professional. IT was an easter Sunday and the lady added a chocolate bar.
