mixed feelings about this stay
small room poor communication
the location was acceptable and right on the promenade.
the room was really small, as was the bathroom and bed, i felt the price was too high compared to other places nearby and they didn't tell me about an event blocking the promenade. communication could have been better!!!

prime location amazing view accommodating host
the location was really good because it was right on the promenade. the sea view from the room was amazing and relaxing. the host was friendly and very accommodating, i needed to leave my bags early and late and they were very kind.
the room carpet was stained. i think that carpet should have been replaced.

the building has a superb waterfront location, offering direct access to the promenade. a pay car park is located a short, reasonable walk away, providing convenient parking. it is well positioned.

sea front modern bathroom lumpy bed thin wall
the location was perfect it was right on the sea front. the room was spacious and very clean i loved the modern bathroom too.
the bed was lumpy it made it difficult to sleep comfortably. the walls seemed thin i could hear sounds from other rooms.

ample storage breakfast choices restricted check-in difficult arrival
the room had a sea view. the breakfast included many choices. the bathroom offered ample storage for personal items.
check-in was restricted between 2 pm and 6 pm. arranging a later arrival was difficult as the patron did not always answer the phone. the room faced the back of the building.

lovely host good breakfast
alison was a lovely host (she had a great sense of humor). breakfast was really good. i would definitely stay here again.
there was a small stain on one of the towels, but it was otherwise very clean.

romantic getaway by the sea
warm welcome sea view
alison welcomed me with such warmth. the sea view from the beautiful double room was amazing. i was able to store my luggage, so i could explore the seaside hills.
check-in availability was limited from 2-6 pm. it made scheduling my arrival a bit difficult.
