some issues with the room assignment
tiny room parking reservation
upon arrival, a staff member initially directed me to a room in a separate building by the car park. another guest then received this room instead. after a brief discussion with another staff member, i learned the swap occurred because the other guests booked parking. i received the key to a tiny room. the limited space made it difficult to move around with luggage. i believe i got an inferior room due to someone else's parking reservation.

Good Stay, Charming Surprise!
clean room well-equipped room italian restaurant friendly staff
I always wanted a visit to the restaurant. I found clean and well-equipped room and easy accessibility to everywhere. The hotel does have a superb Italian restaurant that I am keen to try. I had a really good experience with the friendly staff at check-in.
I did find a very small stain on one of the towels, but it was not big deal.

Staff were always available at reception. They offer quick assistance with any inquiries. The restaurant provided prompt and courteous service, always catering to requests quickly.

The free WiFi worked without issues. It offer very good speed throughout the building. The on-site restaurant provided meals that were well-priced for their quality.

The hotel sits very close to a bus stop, is perfect for public transport. The hotel provides key access that give freedom to guests. It is near city center, offering both convenience and accessibility.

The bathroom look spacious. The room had enough space. The rooms were very clean with comfortable furnishings. I noted modern design that complemented the rustic feel.

spacious room clean room friendly staff cold radiator elevator absence impaired mobility
The room was spacious and clean. It had enough space to store my belongings. The staff was friendly. The hotel is in walking distance to the centre.
My room did not have a switched on radiator. I was cold. I did not sleep well. The hotel does not have an elevator. this is less suitable for people with impaired mobility.
