the cooked-to-order breakfast was lovely with generous portions. i found the family room spacious and comfortable with two distinct sleeping areas. the staff greeted me with a friendly welcome, i could check in earlier than expected.
the hallway was a little dark as some of the light switches seemed to not work.

the hotel provides easy parking for all guests which i found very helpful. a supermarket located just across the street offers convenience. the cathedral is within easy walking distance from the hotel.

the staff offers a very warm welcome which i appreciated. aaron greeted me each morning to take my breakfast order, he was very friendly. i experienced no issues upon checking in early and found the service quick.

breakfast offered good portion sizes, everything was excellently cooked. breakfast is cooked to order, a nice personal touch. i could have bar food each night without having to find a restaurant.

the family room features two separate sleeping areas, this worked very well for us. the bed was comfortable and provided a restful sleep. the room was clean and tidy, perfect after a long day exploring.

i found free parking very useful since i had a car. the cooked breakfast included in the room price was very convenient.
The stairs were a bit steep and narrow. It was difficult to carry bulky cases up and down, it was inconvenient.
