the room was clean.
The bed was quite hard. there were no blinds, so light poured in early. the room got very noisy, and a fire alarm went off late at night. I barely slept!

I liked that there was ample parking available on site. This was a real plus. the staff were very helpful . i found the location convenient, it was close to attractions. the room was always clean and tidy.
the room faced the car park so the view wasn't very exciting.

the staff provided helpful assistance with directions. everyone worked to ensure a smooth check-in. they were always on hand when i needed something.

the bar service was excellent. i enjoyed a glaslyn ale, brewed by the purple moose brewery. the bar area included a pool table, which i used. it had a friendly, cute atmosphere.
