amazing stay!
friendly staff spacious room great service
i found the staff really friendly and helpful. they were great when i returned from a concert late at night (around midnight i think) and offered to make pizzas even though the kitchen was closed. the room was super clean and spacious, just what i needed after a long day.
the room was a tad basic, but honestly, it was totally fine for the price.

the standard double room included a comfy bed and a television with cable channels. there was also a small desk and chair. a wardrobe. the room had fresh towels and basic toiletries too.

the service was prompt and attentive, especially when i needed something. staff were always available at the front desk to assist with any queries (directions or local tips). they even offered extra blankets when the nights got cooler.
Facilities

the hotel provided on-site parking at the rear, a big bonus in this area. a pub was downstairs, and there was a lively atmosphere with music and games. the pub served meals and drinks throughout the day.

basic stay, some noise issues
poor sound insulation slamming doors
the car park was onsite and convenient, awesome for easy access to my vehicle.
I was advised about karaoke until 1 a.m., but i wasn't prepared for the poor sound insulation. Noise from other rooms and slamming doors was quite disruptive.

The location was central. This made it easy to access nearby amenities.
The room I was assigned needed updating. The bathroom taps were old. the shower was also not satisfactory.

central location good parking friendly staff cute staff
the location was really central with good parking i found the staff so friendly and cute the room was beautiful i enjoyed easy access to village shops and surrounding attractions
the room had no windows at ground level furniture was dated bathroom taps could do with an upgrade

the standard double room was clean and spacious the shower worked well i appreciated the large mirror and good lighting , made getting ready easier for exploring nearby attractions and village shops

the staff allowed our group to check in and pay separately i appreciated the flexibility with check in times the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome upon my arrival to the premises
