soft pillows car parking
i had a twin room there. it had comfy soft pillows, i appreciated that. ample car parking was available .
the sunlight woke me up a little earlier because there wasn't blackout curtains.

friendly welcome spacious layout ample parking
The staff presented a friendly welcome, a very positive start. My room included a spacious layout that met my needs. I found ample car parking behind the hotel. This was very convenient.
The sunlight shine through the blinds in the morning. It was too bright for me. I woke up earlier than expected. I would preferred blackout curtains.

odd check-in missing spoons
The staff at the bar were friendly and helpful. They assisted even though they weren't directly connected to the hotel. the room was also super clean and cozy.
the check-in process felt odd. i also noticed only one mug was available in my double room. there were no spoons. it was necessary to share a mug for coffee and tea.

helpful staff clean room missing soap broken toilet seat
The room was very comfy and tidy for my short stay. the staff in the bar were helpful. They assisted me even though they weren't directly linked to the hotel.
i found no soap in the room, a basic necessity. the toilet seat was broken.

Mixed Experience
dirty room heating issue
The check-in was fast enough.
The room wasn't particularly clean. We found old rubbish in the bin. There was little fresh air because we only had small skylights we could open. It was unbelievably hot in the room in the morning. It was not really necessary to have the heating on in the middle of summer.
