I slept SO well after a long hike up Pen y Fan. Finding hot chocolate in the room was like such a treat. I really appreciated how the owner suggested some great waterfalls before my journey continued. Breakfast the next morning was AMAZING!!!
I found the window in the room didn't open very wide. It felt a little stuffy with the weather being warm.

sticky residue disturbing stain
The location seemed alright. It was easy enough to find.
The so-called 'executive double room' was a letdown. It was more like a cramped single. there was a disturbing stain on the carpet. the television remote was to have been through a war. It barely functioned and was covered in sticky residue.

tasteless breakfast rusty tiles
the full welsh breakfast really missed the mark for me , as it lacked any real flavor. apart from that , the variety of food and breakfast options was quite limited , i thought. the hotel room cleaning seemed rushed , and i noticed significant mold in the bathroom. rusty bathroom tiles were an eyesore , and dust was visible everywhere.
