nice staff train station live band no hot water wonky tiles low ceiling
The staff here are really nice. the location is a short walk from the train station, which i appreciated. there was a live band when i returned around 10pm. That was a nice surprise.
the bathroom sink tap had no hot water, though the shower did. the tiles in the bathroom looked wonky. the ceilings were low, so i had to duck in some areas of the room.

friendly staff functional room clean towels
The staff were very friendly and helpful to me. the room was basic and functional. It had everything i needed for my short stay. the bedding and towels were clean. I found plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk available.
the water pressure in the shower wasn't great

Underwhelming Stay
low beams terrible pressure
The breakfast was acceptable.
The shower's water pressure was terrible. It barely trickled. The room was located in the attic, and the low beams were a constant hazard. I reminded me of I was navigating a hobbit house.
