the room was clean the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well-kept with plenty of soft towels provided. i appreciated having access to a shared kitchen with a fridge this added convenience to my stay. the staff was friendly and very helpful when i needed assistance with operating the ceiling fan and the shower.

the road outside was a bit noisy at times but it didn't bother me too much

the café downstairs looked amazing and offered a great menu i got a slice of biscoff cake to take away and it was really good. tea making facilities were available in the room along with complimentary biscuits.

i found the room spacious. the owner presented a friendly welcome. its location opposite the beach provided refreshing views. i enjoyed quick access to the town and cycle routes to mumbles.

i noticed the main door was constantly unlocked presenting some security issues

the bistro downstairs served lovely meals. i particularly recommend the pizza crafted with a traditional base and the homemade jaffa cake. the hotel offered a selection of beers and board games for entertainment.
