a true gem by the sea, can't wait to return!
gorgeous room quirky touches safe walk quick taxi
the hotel features art and good quirky touches. i had a large, gorgeous room. it overlooked the bay with no road in between, just a prom. you have access to safe evening walks and beaches a quick taxi ride away.
i noticed some holes in the net curtains. for the price, i would expect these small details to be perfect.

I enjoyed the private side entrance. It felt exclusive. Breakfast was fine each morning. The staff was very lovely and they were helpful. The location was central, near trendy restaurants and seaside shops. Well kept and comforting.
The parking charge was higher at £14.

amazing bayside experience!
comfy bed roof terrace special touch
the room was very clean. the bed was also comfy! i loved the complimentary drink on the roof terrace. it overlooked the bay. this was a special touch for my daughter's 21st birthday.
The food was nice. i think it was a bit overpriced. i also had some issues with parking.

spacious room coffee pouches friendly staff
the room was spacious and had a lovely feel to it! i especially liked the touches of filter coffee pouches and the nespresso machine. i also found fresh milk and water in the fridge, which i TRULY appreciated. the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.
the bar was a bit busy at times.

Seaside Serenity and Really good Service
welcome treat comfortable bed excellent food quality helpful staff
The room included Welsh cakes as a welcome treat (a very thoughtful touch!). The bed offered great comfort and a restful night's sleep. The restaurant impressed me with its excellent food quality for both dinner and breakfast, especially the pork belly. I also appreciated the helpfulness of Sarah and Varna .
I noticed some slight noise from the road outside my room, though it didn't significantly disrupt my rest.

The staff showed very nice politeness and friendliness . Stephen was amazing and anticipated every need with very nice speed. The team easily accommodated all requests and provided prompt assistance.
