easy location smooth check-in quiet room non responsive management shared bathroom no update
The location was easy to find and close to the venue. Check in was easy , and the staff was convenient. The room was clean and quiet. I liked that.
The management was non responsive most of the time. There was only one shared bathroom for multiple rooms. I saw an incident where police asked everyone to leave , and there was no update from management.

convenient location city center fully equipped kitchen walking distance excessive deposit delayed return peeling paint smoke smell
the location was convenient, very close to the city center. the kitchen had everything i needed to prepare my own meals. i found i could easily cook my own breakfast and dinner there. the location made it easy to walk to many places.
a breakage deposit of £100 felt excessive considering the room's condition. the deposit return took three weeks. i noticed paint peeling off the walls and a general smell of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.
