awesome stay near the sea
helpful staff free parking quick assistance
the staff greeted me with smiles and a very helpful attitude. they quickly assisted me with my luggage to my room. i also really liked that the hotel provided free street parking right next to it and i secured a fantastic spot immediately ,which gave me great peace of mind.
the tv remote needed new batteries , but i didn't mind much.

the continental breakfast included an array of meats , cheeses, eggs, fruit , and various breads. i really liked the juices and this nice change from the usual full english option.

the staff was very accommodating , especially with luggage. they allowed me to leave my bags before check-in , which was very helpful and they assisted with carrying my heavy suitcase.

the hotel is in a great location , right on the promenade. i really enjoyed the easy access to restaurants and the nearby theatre.

excellent location hotel bar professional manager recliner seating
The location is excellent, only one street separates the hotel from the beach. the hotel bar was a plus and it opens in the afternoon. the manager was cooperative and professional, addressing my needs promptly. my room had recliner seating along with the bed. It also had a good size bath with very hot water.
The continental breakfast was quite basic in its offerings. I would have liked more variety.

The continental breakfast included cereal and toast. coffee. It was adequate. the food was AMAZING!!! the breakfast area was clean, and the staff was quick to replenish items. i found the layout to be easy to navigate.

thick dust untidy outside area
the staff were very friendly. this made the check-in process smooth.
The room was not up to par. i found thick dust on the glass shelf. the outside area needed tidying. I saw old furniture and rubbish.

Basic but good for short stays

I attended a concert nearby, so the location was really convenient. The hotel was less than a 5-minute walk to the venue, which helped a lot. My room had a part sea view (it wasn't the best, but I could still see a bit of the sea). The continental breakfast had a good selection of meats, cheeses, and breads.
The bathroom fan was not working, but everything else was fine.

The reception on entering the hotel was great. Staff members were really lovely and helpful throughout my visit. The staff was always quick to clear tables after breakfast.

This hotel is on the promenade, very easy to find. It is about 30 metres from the beach, very convenient. It is located a reasonable distance from the town centre.

My single room was nice and tidy (just what I needed). The television worked well, a plus. The bed was quite comfy. Daily room service ensured I had enough hot drinks and fresh towels.

spacious room sea view
The room was quite spacious with a lovely sea view. I appreciated the comfortable bed though it was a bit squeaky. It was nice to have a sound peaceful sleep.
The bathroom door could use a lock. The fan in the bathroom didn't function properly! though.
