a quiet escape

the room had a mountain view. the size of the family room was nice, the bed was comfortable. fresh milk was provided in the room, it was very much appreciated. the breakfast was tasty and well-sized. there was plenty of parking.
the heater in the bathroom was small. the water took a long time to become hot.

The hosts were friendly, helpful, and cute. they made it clear, they couldn't do enough for you. i was offered dinner, i gratefully accepted this dinner on site. It was delicious.

the hotel is in a nice quiet rural location. the surrounding scenery and views are beautiful. it was easy to find on the a44. the location was great for visiting the royal welsh show.
