greasy food undertrained staff
the food at the pub was disappointing. it was very greasy. one of our mains was swimming in butter or oil, i think. the staff also seemed undertrained! the waitress didn't know basic drinks, and our drink orders were forgotten. it was frustrating.

i FOUND the service in the pub lacking. A waitress seemed unfamiliar with the drink menu and wine options. This lack of knowledge affected our order and overall experience.

fantastic welcome spacious room
the staff offered a fantastic welcome. chris and the team ensured i had a lovely day. i will definitely return. i found the room well decorated. it was also well furnished. the bathroom was well fitted and spacious. the whole room felt comfortable and luxurious.
i had lunch in the pub. the food was acceptable. however, the waitress needed more training.

i loved how clean and modern my beautiful king room felt. it really felt newly decorated! the staff were just so friendly and cute, and that's a big plus for me. parking was super convenient, and the kitchen area had everything for tea and coffee!

nice furnishings spacious room great value excellent experience
the room decor was well done and the furnishings were great. the bathroom had nice fixtures and the entire room felt spacious. the room also felt comfortable and luxurious. the value was amazing (i was really impressed).
i had lunch at the pub, and though the food was alright, the bar staff needed more training.

walk in shower huge bed cute atmosphere useless waitress poor knowledge ok food
i found a beautiful room with a fabulous walk in shower. the bed was huge and comfy. i stayed two nights and felt very welcome.
i had lunch in the pub. the food was ok but the waitress seemed a bit useless. her knowledge of drinks needs work.
