vineyard visit, fantastic stay!

clean room quality furniture silent night
The double room i stayed in was impeccably clean. It had superior quality furniture and fittings! the patio area was a bonus. I loved relaxing there. the silence at night was amazing. It allowed me to sleep soundly.
I wasn't thrilled that cash wasn't accepted. It proved quite inconvenient, especially for small purchases.

Dinner was cooked to perfection and a real highlight. breakfast had a nice spread. It offered a variety of options. i could add drinks to my room tab. This made things easier.

The vineyard setting is beautiful! there are amazing views over the vines. The countryside is very relaxing. it is a gem tucked away from it all. A perfect escape.

Wine tasting experience is available. I recommend it. Jack is entertaining and knowledgable. they have lovely settees in the sun. It is ideal for relaxation. the rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The setting was beautiful and very clean. I appreciated the wine tasting experience that I enjoyed . My Christmas gifts for my parents are sorted. I will buy them vouchers from here!

the room was very pretty. it was also lovely and clean. finding a parking space was easy, i liked that.
the breakfast buffet felt congested. there was only one entrance and exit. the hot food was lukewarm, i didn't care for it.

the roots servers offered really good service. the vineyard tasting was also very informative, and i learned a lot about wine and the history of the vineyard itself.
the receptionist asked for details even though i checked in online.

Really good Birthday Celebration!

My sister's 50th birthday celebration included a wine tasting event led by the owner, Ryan Davies. It was informative. The rooms my siblings and I stayed in featured spacious layouts with modern lighting arrangements. Bathrooms included contemporary showers and innovative tap fittings. Even the storage cupboard had motion sensor lights.
During check-in, I learned that the breakfast price would increase significantly if I did not book before 9:00 AM. This felt somewhat inconvenient.

The hotel offers woodland walks on site. The paths remained dry despite the wet weather conditions (that was excellent!). The hotel has modern lighting settings within the rooms to make it comfortable.

The food in the restaurant was fantastic, with the lamb shank pie standing out as a nice main course. The hotel can adjust meals for dietary requirements. The Roots restaurant had excellent food.

The reception, bar, and restaurant staff provided excellent and friendly hospitality. A waitress, Zoe, was particularly cute and ensured all needs were met with attentive, smiling service. The staff knew it was our wedding anniversary.
