The breakfast included a hot breakfast cooked to order in a bright breakfast room. The hotel is very close to beautiful walks. The room had a hospitality tray. (I enjoyed a cup of tea.)
The beds were small. They were also uncomfortable. The dining area seemed a bit small, and it was like sounds travelled easily there.

i received a welcome text detailing room access and breakfast times. the hosts provided excellent suggestions for local dining. parking was convenient (right outside!). the breakfast offered good choices of cereals, fresh fruit, and fresh coffee.
the decor felt a little tired.

firm bed fluctuating water
The bed in room 7 felt a bit too firm. i also had trouble with the shower. It fluctuated between hot and cold. i was a little disappointed that these issues weren't addressed . the fluctuating water was the worst part. it needs some serious fixing!

Excellent Stay with Great Breakfast

patio door mini fridge dedicated parking
The room had a patio door that provided full access to the outside (perfect for my dog). A mini fridge was very useful. I had a dedicated parking spot right outside. The breakfast buffet was large with lots of choice and fantastic bread. It was wonderful.
The massive tv was there, but i couldn't watch anything other than casting YouTube onto the tv because of the lack of a working aerial.

The contactless check-in process worked perfectly. The owner was very friendly, meeting us as we drove in (it was a late arrival from the ferry). I appreciated that every request was accommodated promptly.

There is a lovely path just at our room. It leads to the beach. This patch of nature is just behind the building with some rippling water. The environment is very peaceful. Beautiful walks are a massive bonus.
