gritty floorno housekeeping
The room lacked some attention to detail. i noticed the floor in the reception area was gritty. my socks were dirty after walking to my room. also, welsh cakes were supposedly available but not offered. i was disappointed by the lack of daily housekeeping. the bed was not made and towels were not changed. This felt odd at that price.
