Excellent stay!

helpful staff freshly decorated room
The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is good, and I was able to park nearby. The room was freshly decorated. A good restaurant is opposite the bar area.
The family room was very cold. The bathroom lacked hot water in the morning. Everyone had a cold shower, and there were no apologies about that.

cute reception pleasant staff clean room complimentary tea
The reception area felt very cute, and the staff were really pleasant. My room was tidy and clean. I had plenty of hot water, soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch, and i would stay here again.
The breakfast, though continental, had limited choices. I wish there was more variety.

The staff in the bar were AMAZING and were great when celebrating a birthday, as they provided cake. Staff were happy to help and very friendly, nothing was too much. I felt well taken care of.

The air conditioning was the quietest and most efficient I have EVER known. It maintained a consistent, comfortable temperature. I found car parking to be a bonus and free, so that was very helpful. The decor created a great impression.

The location IS excellent. The hotel is situated very close to many shops and supermarkets, made exploring easy. Being close to the train station was particularly convenient, especially for travel. I found it easy to navigate.

the staff was friendly and helpful! the breakfast included many options. the bar area was a very good place to relax. the parking was only a few meters away from the entrance.
the hotel had no on-site evening food, it was a minor inconvenience.
