a somewhat underwhelming experience

the staff were polite and friendly, which i appreciated.
I arrived and asked about breakfast. I learned it started too late for me at 08.30 since i start work at 07.30 (it was a monday). there was no other option provided, and this proved quite inconvenient for my schedule.

the pub is lovely and cute. i liked having a little sofa in the room as well, very useful. the breakfast was lovely with vegetarian sausage.
i found no hot water in the sink and bath upon arrival, only hot water in the shower, a minor inconvenience.

Parking was good and convenient here. The hotel offers electric hook-ups for caravans and mobile homes. the hotel is located approximately five minutes from folly farm and fifteen minutes from tenby, a really great spot to be in.

The evening meal was excellent. The food quality was very good. breakfast was also really nice, i had plain sausage and i definitely give it 10/10. the meals are excellent and there is plenty to choose from.

The hotel provides easy access to tourist spots by car, bus, or train. This is convenient. the surrounding area offers public transportation options and shopping facilities. i really liked this.

attentive staff cooked breakfast poor food greasy onion
The room was perfectly adequate with all amenities included. A good cooked breakfast was included in the price above this. The staff were attentive and asked if we needed extra tea.
The food quality was not satisfactory. I ordered chips with the lasagne but the server forgot and had to be reminded with no apology. The chips were awful and onion rings were greasy.

a mixed bag of experiences

dirty toilets lumpy mattress
The gents toilets in the pub were quite dirty and smelly, a real letdown. also, the mattress in my room was lumpy. I could feel the springs digging into me. it definitely impacted my sleep quality. plus, there were some broken tables and chairs both outside and in the corridors. It gave the place a slightly unkempt feel.

the room had a fridge. parking was included at the hotel. the location is great for exploring the area.
I found the breakfast choice limited. the cooked breakfast presentation was poor. the bedroom gave a drab impression. I noticed evidence of rain damage on the ceiling.

I found the room well-serviced daily. The bed was made, and fresh towels were provided. breakfast offered ample choices. the staff were courteous and helpful.
