a safe haven in the city

secure carpark spacious carpark city center
I felt secure with pincodes required for both the main building entrance and the apartment itself. The spacious carpark also had high iron gates and a pincode for access. It gave me such peace. the location was near to the city center. Exactly as promised. the apartment had everything we needed.
the building work across the street created some noise.

Mr koya stopped by with extra toilet rolls, a simple act that showed care. He checked to see if we were comfortable, it was very thoughtful. the online and phone support was quick and effective.

Lovely places to eat were within walking distance. Each meal reminded me of a discovery. the fully equipped kitchen has all the basics. it was lacking some key items like cutlery. This made it harder to prepare food.

The beds were very comfy. Everyone slept amazing, it was a very restful experience. black out blinds ensured restful nights, while plenty of sockets catered to all our devices. the pincode entry system meant we didn't have to worry about keys.

The location has easy access to the city centre, a huge advantage for exploring the surroundings. the apartment was also in a peaceful neighborhood. Away from the hustle and bustle. it felt separate from the noisy Friday night i had anticipated.

minor issues impacted stay

noisy building work missing parking card
access to the apartment was not great. the bins were stored right in the entrance area, the so-called lobby area. building work across the street caused noise at night. i didn't get the free parking promised (what a joke). i had to pay for two days because the parking card wasn't there. i tried calling, but no one answered and i never got a call back. i'm still waiting for that refund..

clean linen blackout blinds city centre
the apartment was close to shops! it had excellent value for a hotel near the city centre. lots of nice touches existed, like lighting. fantastic beds had crisp clean linen! there were blackout blinds and plenty of sockets.
friday night was noisy. i was unable to sleep due to disturbance from students.

Excellent City Stay

great location parking situation extra toilet paper
The apartment was a great size. It was clean and in a good location for the city center and the castle. I found it easy to reach different attractions. The parking situation was a positive aspect. Mr Koya visited with extra toilet paper and confirmed that everything was satisfactory.
The hot plates in the kitchen did not function . This limitation affected meal preparation.

The apartment had sturdy and aesthetically pleasing furniture. The beds were comfortable and the linen was crisp and clean. Blackout blinds were fitted and several sockets were available.

comfy bed key pad easy access noisy night paid parking bin storage
The beds were so comfy! Everyone slept so well. I also liked the key pads. I didn't have to take keys out with me.
The bins were stored in the entrance area. This area could be called the lobby. Building work across the street made a lot of noise at night. I could not sleep well. I had to pay for parking, but free parking was specified in the ad!
