Jackie. she was so cute. A very lovely lady. i was staying there due to my husband having surgery at the heath.

i stayed in room 3 from monday 19th february, friday 23rd february and was very disappointed with the attitude of the owner! a real shame as the city is a beautiful city. i was served breakfast in a room, where many domestic animals were roaming around.

check-in was smooth! i got very clear instructions on how to access my room. the main door and my room both used a code, i thought that was very convenient.

the parking situation was just a tad difficult, there were not many spaces available.

the room was clean with a decent bed.

i was told food could be ordered but was not allowed to eat it at a table. the staff were quite rude about it. i had to eat in my room. the breakfast time was too early for me as checkout was at 10am.

the staff stored our luggage before check-in. they also stored it after we checked out. this enabled us to explore before our train departed later that day, very helpful. the cleanliness was really good. breakfast was lovely.

the hotel room lacked a wardrobe. it also lacked a chest of drawers. i had nowhere to lay out my cosmetics.

the room was clean. it was easy to get into the room. there was plenty of coffee and tea available. the bed was comfy.

i thought it would be more of a hotel. i felt a bit seedy. i didn't feel 100% safe as a lone traveler. the dining room seemed dated and uninviting, so i didn't order breakfast.
